Eye Laser Care Center, Carlsbad, CA
Designed, build, and outfit a 6000 SF eye laser surgery center for the Nordan Medical Group Project development included HVAC engineering for medically clean air, electrical engineering specifications and engineering for eye laser operating instruments and lighting control. Design involved color, form, textures, materials, case goods, furnishings, diagnostic equipment, finance office, and telemarketing hookups.

Palomar Aircraft Fueling Island, Carlsbad, CA
Development and construction manager for a fully automated fueling island serving pilots of conventional and jet powered aircraft at the busiest general aviation airport in the United States. Professional work included: real property planning, civil and soils engineering, electrical engineering, hydraulic and flow mechanics, telemetry, computerization of all monitoring systems, automated monitoring devices and fuel pumps. Agency interaction and approvals were obtained from the Federal Aviation Administration, County of San Diego: Airports Division, Health Department, EPA, APCD, and the City of Carlsbad.

Design, permitting and build out of engineering and building improvements to the existing 75,000 SF Cedar Park Medical Clinic including modifications to a multi-story parking garage, main entrance and lobby to the clinic, and improvements to doctor and staff offices. Design, permit and build out of lobby and accounting offices at Sharp Coronado Medical Group. Office construction telecommunications facilities, computer stations, lobby, doctors, offices, nursing stations, and accounting section offices at Tri city Medical Group.

Office space construction and modifications to laboratory tech rooms, laboratories and structural modifications to major facilities at the Sorrento Valley research center and Harbor Drive processing plant. Warehouse construction, loading docks, and administrative offices at Miramar manufacturing and shipping plant.
